What We Built Together
We developed a two-pronged system that addressed both their blog content needs and LinkedIn presence:
First, we created a templated bottom-of-funnel blog creation system. This wasn’t just generic templates – we built custom frameworks specifically tailored to compliance content that naturally incorporated SEO best practices. The system guided their team through creating high-converting content without needing specialised SEO knowledge.
Each template included strategic sections designed to address common compliance pain points, with built-in prompts to help writers include the right keywords and conversion elements. We integrated this with their existing workflow tools so the team could seamlessly adopt the new process.
Second, we developed a LinkedIn automation system that transformed the CEO’s thought leadership approach. Understanding that the CEO preferred sharing ideas verbally, we built a voice-to-post pipeline where he could record quick thoughts that would automatically be reformatted according to proven LinkedIn engagement frameworks.
The system analysed his voice notes, extracted key points, and structured them with the right hooks, line breaks, and calls to action that LinkedIn’s algorithm favours. We faced challenges with voice transcription accuracy, which we solved by implementing a custom correction layer that caught compliance-specific terminology.
The Outcome
The results spoke for themselves – ComplyExpress saw a remarkable 194.779% increase in qualified website traffic over just six months. Their blog became a lead-generating machine with content that actually addressed prospect concerns at the decision stage.
On LinkedIn, the CEO’s visibility skyrocketed. Posts that previously garnered minimal engagement were now consistently reaching industry decision-makers. Most importantly, these improvements drove a substantial increase in demo requests, directly impacting their pipeline.
